What is a Family Health Coach?

A Family Health Coach is someone who works 1:1 with you or in a group coaching program to help you facilitate change in your life and in the life of your family through science based programs, trusted information, positive encouragement and continued motivation. As a Professional Health Coach I work with YOUR families individual needs and adapt programming to fit YOUR NEEDS.

Working With Families of Kids with ADHD

As this is the majority of families that I work with, I have found that not many health coaches understand the dynamics of a family who has a child/children with ADHD and other special needs. I do because I lived it and I still do. I will listen to your struggles and your dreams and we will devise a plan that WORKS for your family and for your child with ADHD.

The very first thing I do when someone wants to work with me is to send a questionnaire to you to see what YOU want to address and some important background information so once we get on a Discovery Call, I will not waste your time.

The Discovery Call

We then schedule a 15 minute FREE Discovery Call to see if we would be a good fit to work together. I will explain my coaching philosophy and then if I feel I can help you, I will extend an offer to work together. From there, we will set up a program based on what you need for a 1:1 coaching program or I will invite you to my group coaching program.

Well, let’s face it. You want change and you need some guidance and accountability. That’s where I come in. I will guide you with my science proven techniques and I will provide the accountability YOU need to make the changes happen and more than that, make them lasting changes.
